*VAT Attendees who have a VAT liable business in the EU can claim the VAT back electronically via their country’s tax authority. Attendees from countries outside the EU can apply for a VAT refund via a special form from the Swedish tax authorities. Note: certain conditions must be met for a VAT refund to be granted.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received on or before 19 March 2010 will be charged a €100 administration fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after 19 March 2010 or for non-attendance at the event. If you are unable to attend the event, a substitute attendee may come in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your registration. All cancellations and changes must be received in writing addressed to Chris Scales at Chris Scales.
